Who we are
Westhomes Property Hub ("we", "us") is a real estate consultancy based in Lagos, Nigeria. This policy explains how we collect and use personal data through this website, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, book a car or submit a property, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address (if provided), your message and any dates you select. We also keep basic technical information, such as which listings are viewed, to understand what visitors are interested in.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings and bookings, and keep you informed about properties you asked about. If you turn on listing alerts, we send notifications that match the search you saved. We do not sell your data.
Listing emails
If you include your email address when you send an enquiry, book, contact us or submit a property, we may email you listings similar to the one you asked about, at most once a day. You can say no on the form by ticking "Don’t Email Me Similar Listings", and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. If you have never clicked a listing email in 90 days, we stop sending them. If you signed up for alerts on their own, we only email you after you confirm your address.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is shared with the Westhomes agent handling the property and, where needed to arrange a viewing or tenancy, with the property owner. Our website runs on trusted service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you, at any time. You can also withdraw consent for alerts in your browser or device settings.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the website to work, such as keeping our staff signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
Contact
For any privacy request, contact us at westhomereality@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the period required by law.
